  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary.
  • Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries promptly.

  • Managing the reception area, including keeping it tidy and well-organized.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
