I ordered some medicines for diabetic patients from a very popular online pharmacy shop. After their confirmation of my order, I pay the full amount to them for my order.
Though it is now a covid-19 period, I am very thankful to them for delivering at least 60% of the medicines of my order after the order. But so sad for the rest of medicine I can’t get any response through other numbers or customer care as well as the app also.
As I have aged 30+ now and only these sources I can get medicines.
But I cannot get contact numbers of any local areas or poor customer care responses I feel much sorry and don’t know the other sources.
It is their moral responsibility for them either to send the remaining medicines after arrival in their store if possible or send the rest of the medicines or returned the balance amount of some thousands of rupees at the earliest but no reply till now. After that, I used other online shopping platforms for online grocery shopping, winter shopping, during this pandemic i.e. socheko.com which is the fastest online delivery shop, with 100% genuine products. After all these things it made me think that we have to use trusted online shopping platforms for online shopping so that we can get timely delivery and 100% genuine products.
