Vacuum Box Method Detection Principle:
Liquid cooling plate to be tested is directly connected to a mass spectrometer and put inside a chamber. Vacuum is created inside the part and the helium concentration in the chamber is raised to 100%. If a leakage is present, the molecules of helium migrate into the part and the leakage is measured by the spectrometer.
1. The high-pressure gas detects large leaks, and at the same time completes the strength detection;
2. Vacuum box vacuuming and background suppression;
3. The workpiece is evacuated and filled with helium;
4. Helium mass spectrometer detects small leaks;
